We know that leasing space can be expensive. so we want to provide a space that is private, budget friendly, and allows licensed professionals to use a room to compliment their private practice needs without the commitments of a lease. these spaces are perfect for the private practice professional that want to expand their practice by providing in person face to face options versus only virtual. also a great way to build your practice before you take the step to have a lease of your own that is long term and strict.

Take a moment to complete our interest form by selecting the button below. once we receive and your need fits are space availability we will send you an agreement of which will require you to submit your drivers license, degree(s), liability insurance facesheeet, and if applicable your professional licenses(s).

To be considered for the suite space, you will need to be a professional in your field seeing clients within a private practice setting.

Rates for private spaces

  • Rent a private room for an hourly rate:

    $20 per hour for an individual room

    $40 per hour for a group room

  • Rent a private space for an entire day.

    Individual Space: $150 per day

    Group Space: $40 per hour

  • Rent a private space two days per week for a monthly rate of $750

    Requires a 30 day commitment.

  • Rent a private space three days per week for a monthly rate of $1,000

    Requires a 30 day commitment.

  • Rent a private space two days per week for a monthly rate of $1,500

    Requires a 30 day commitment.

  • Rent a private space that is all yours and not shared. Open to you 7 days a week and any time of the day. You will receive a key. Monthly fee of $2,000

    Requires a 30 day commitment.

Reserve Your Space

This is only used to reserve an hourly private space or daily private space. you can reserve as many days and times you want. Cancelations must be within 14 days of the date to have a refund.

FAQs

How do I start the process to reserve?

Complete our interest form and attach your resume to the form first, once we approve you can use our calendar to reserve, call or email our front desk, or walk-in.

How do I reserve for hourly or daily?

Very easy! Review our calendar, choose your date, reserve by paying. 14 day cancelation required to receive a refund. If within 14 days to the reservation date no refund will be provided.

What items do I have to provide for reservations?

You will need to complete an interest form one time, complete a renters agreement, provide your drivers license and professional license(s), and professional liability insurance.

Can I bring other professionals in with me?

No, everyone in the office space must be vetted by OceanBee Wellness leaders prior to anyone using the space and seeing clients.

When do I pay for the reservation?

To reserve a room you will need to pay to reserve, walk-ins are welcome to use a space but no guarantee of space, once you check in for the space payment is due prior to starting your day.

What does the receptionist do for me?

Our receptionist will greet your clients, check your clients in, let you know your client checked in, and scheduling upon your client leaving. our receptionist can also help with any crisis situations that come up for you. If you want our receptionist to help with these tasks to oversee your schedule on your working days then they will need access to your schedule and calendar apps.

Do you offer billing services?

At this time we do not offer any type of billing or credentialing services.

Can I work for OceanBee as a provider too?

Yes, you can hire on with us for OceanBee and take on clients through OceanBee. Rates for oceanbee contractor will not be subject to space rent fees. if you are interested please email teri@oceanbee.org

What times and days are open?

Our office space will have a receptionist available from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. If you commit to a private space monthly you will have a key to come and go as you please and can see clients on weekends as well.
